Please bear in mind that this site is about the Scotland football team – sounds obvious, but you’d be surprised how many people blast out press releases with no relevance whatsoever to the sites they are “targeting”. I know how this works and I’d appreciate it if my time – and yours, ultimately – is not wasted.
To that end, here are a few HC house rules for PR:
- The site will not cover any story I feel is irrelevant
- I will always be honest, no matter how nice (or otherwise!) you are to me
- I won’t accept sponsored posts (for now, and probably always)
- The final decision about whether or not I post is, obviously, mine. Pester me at your own risk
- If you require amendments to a post of a factual nature, I will be happy to make changes where appropriate
